I offer hauling and maintenance labor services and I'm a fire protection consultant. I am Paul Joseph Olkowski Jr. of 20070 Darpinian Way Apt. A Sonora, CA 95370. I have commercial and residential accounts. Services include, but are not limited to, the following: * dump truck service (available at under market charges) * land clearing (fire safety) * construction site cleanup and hauling and emergency call out * weed eating and removal * cleaning and servicing of swamp coolers and air conditioning and cleaning of coils and filters * cleaning of gutter and storm drain * identifying and servicing sewage lift station and/or tank lid cover and service access ports * window and screen cleaning * fence repair * home power washing, decks, buildings, etc. * maintenance for home staging (foreclosures) * labor duties that include almost all types of construction, including small roof repairs and excavating jobs: * paint, dump fees, parts, materials, (equipment rental fees if required), etc. are extra charges at cost * odd jobs are welcome * fire protection consultant (30 years' experience). * An additional fee is applicable Most jobs are based on a labor charge of $10.00 per hour per person, plus materials (additional charges may apply on some projects and are subject to free estimates).
