Introduction: Hi my name is Miss May aka Dmay I am a certified yoga teacher with a background in the movement arts. My 200 hour YTT is in Classical Ashtanga Yoga. I can work with you on developing strength and flexibility as well as utilizing yoga therapy to heal from injuries and other chronic conditions. I can give guidance and coaching on healthy living practices including diet to help you increase balance, vitality and joy in your life. I have a keen eye and intuitive gift for recognizing postural alignment issues as well as internal imbalances.
