PRICING FOR 2023-2024 Private 1:1 NEW STUDENTS ONLY-45 min intro practice: $60 60 min practice base: $120 60 min practice + travel: $140 Travel within the Santa Cruz/Capitola/Soquel/Aptos area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first session I will ask a few questions to get a sense of your needs and if there are any specific goals you have for your practice. Every time we meet there will also be space for you to express how you are feeling and if there are any wishes that you have for that days practice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified RYT-200 Yoga Instructor and have 1000+ Private Yoga Teaching Hours. I am also trained in the following modalities: 2014 Ananda Meditation Teacher 2016 Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) 2016 Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 2020 Mindful Self-Compassion-Teens (MSC-Teens)
