William was great to work with. Came in originally to get my garbage disposal to be replaced and noticed there was a clog with the pipes. He was able to snake the piping which helped unclog whatever was blocking the pipes. He cleaned up after himself and was considerate of cleaning up the mess he made. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, pricing and communication. William repaired the plumbing and replaced the fixtures in both of my showers, and replaced two toilets for me. He explained everything along the way and as a single woman doing this on my own, I found him to be very honest and helpful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!

He also took the time to look at our shower lever—while he couldn’t fix it right away, he explained the issue and offered to help us find the replacement part. Professional, honest, and helpful!
