- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
South Tahoe locals and Active military and veterans receive a 15% discount on their first service/repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we must establish what the issue is and diagnose it. Once we know what is wrong we will walk you through the steps we will take to repair it and once the customer is comfortable with what we will be doing we will proceed with our repair. Most repairs can be done within a day unless parts need to be ordered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently studying computer science and engineering through Arizona State University and have many years of prior experience in tech repair.
