Did a large whole house remodel incl. repairs, window replacements, Hardie siding and although I was around a lot to view job progress, AHR was tidy, efficient, did good quality, and respected me and any comments I had to change or improve things to my liking while in action. I find that kind of tolerance towards homeowners rare in this industry. The fact that they guarantee their work and stick by that is huge too! I had them return for some minor things, they did that swiftly and with no questions asked. Great service, honest people.

Mark and his team replaced all our windows, including a large and challenging skylight. They did a great job, and I’d use them again - but I don’t have any more windows to upgrade!

I’ve used this company more than once to buy Milgard windows, retrofitted in one home and new construction in another. They offer a lifetime warranty on their installation and Milgard offers the same on the actual windows. Between the two, I feel fortunate to have chosen AHR. They took care of any problems that arose and backed me up with Milgard and every little thing turned out fine. I would recommend them and will use them again if the need arises. I have referred friends and neighbors to them with confidence.

I had replacement windows and a sliding door installed followed by a whole home siding installation a couple years later. The workmanship was great and the company is easy to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept credit cards but in all honesty we charge a 2.5%+ surcharge or more since that's what it costs us. Best pricing for cash/check!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Jobsite estimate and presentation.
Back to office to prepare proposal.
