I had replacement windows and a sliding doorinstalled followed by a whole home siding installation a couple years later. The workmanship was great and the company is easy to work with.

AHR helped us with a garage conversion, replacing the garage door with an 8' slider, and turning a window into a door. Also replaced an old window and door. I was very happy with their work, and got the job wrapped up on time, even with a couple of wrinkles (found dry rot, etc.). Sales was very patient with us, and the crew really went the extra mile to bring it all together. The finished work ended up exactly as we expected (or better).

American Home Renewal installed James Hardie Siding, new gutters and gutter guard, insulation and new front doors on my 50 year old home in 2017. The materials used were all high quality. The workmen were very professional. The work was done in a timely fashion. I had a very personable salesman that worked with me throughout the process. I am quite pleased with the finished product. Yes, I would hire them again.

Before going with American Home Renewal for our siding replacement project, I got bids from 2 other contractors. American Home Renewal was by far the most responsive, best price and knowledgeable about product/installation requirements for Hardee siding. They had all kinds of specific protocols and standards for working with the material that assured me they really knew what they were doing when it came to doing the job. The end result was spectacular! Their installation team was incredibly courteous, professional and punctual. I can't say enough great things about our experience of working with American Home Renewal. Go ahead and get other bids from other contractors. Be sure and ask them about their experience working with the specific product they're recommending for the job. Compare that information to American Home Renewal. I doubt they can be beat when it comes to value, price and professionalism.

Did a large whole house remodel incl. repairs, window replacements, Hardie siding and although I was around a lot to view job progress, AHR was tidy, efficient, did good quality, and respected me and any comments I had to change or improve things to my liking while in action. I find that kind of tolerance towards homeowners rare in this industry. The fact that they guarantee their work and stick by that is huge too! I had them return for some minor things, they did that swiftly and with no questions asked. Great service, honest people.

We accept credit cards but in all honesty we charge a 2.5%+ surcharge or more since that's what it costs us. Best pricing for cash/check!
