Introduction

We are a caterers only. We do both Traditional BBQ and Mexican BBQ and other foods from low-cost to upper end cost. We customized menus to fit budgets, wants and needs. We can do back yard parties for a minimum of 25 people. We also have the capacity to do events up to 2500 people. We can accommodate anybody's needs. We also do holiday parties with customized menus. Which will come out on our Instagram and Facebook pages. Please look at our Instagram page to see our menu, pictures and video's. Also we offer discounts to first responders, nurses, military active or retired.

Jaime helped me a lot with my entire event for about 70 guests. Set up tables, chairs and everything else. We had a testing food and after that we gave our feedback and food was good. The appetizers and dessert were also arranged by Jaime and they were great. Everything was organized perfectly, done on time and went very smoothly, thanks to Jaime.

I am so impressed with Jamie and his food, not only is his food delicious he puts his heart and soul into his cooking and work ethic. Jamie went above and beyond when working with him, he spent so much time with me on the phone coming up with a plan and different ideas prior to the event, he came to site visits often and and was thorough through the whole process. The day of the event he made the set up look classy and wonderful and everyone was raving about his food. I can’t wait to through another party to use him specifically. I can’t speak high enough of him and his team.

They were responsive and extremely professional; and did all the necessary preparation and setup to ensure they provided top-notch service!! Also, the food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!
