Gerry (or Gary) is super honest and very helpful. I have actually never met a technical who helped me the way he did. I called and he was more than willing to help me over the phone and tell me the truth about fixing my AC. I was working on it myself and I couldn’t figure out the next step. After they called me I spoke with Gerry and he was more than willing to help me out over the phone. Now this is customer service! After his advice, if I ultimately can’t fix it myself I’m reaching out to the Gerry to figure out what I can’t. If you’re looking for an honest technician who won’t nickel and dime you, I highly recommend Gerry.

Gerry Nava was amazing! He was actually a second opinion on an issue we thought we had, he was able to fix our airconditioning the same day! When we have been waiting over a month to get it fixed. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain every question we had in detail. My air is working perfectly right now and at an amazing price. We will be referring him to all friends and family in need and will utilize this company again for any and all heating and air projects needed. I cannot thank him enough for the service. Start to finish he was so professional and we are just really appreciative to not be taken advantage of through these bigger businesses that don’t care about my family and try to strong arm us into getting things we don’t really need for a significantly higher price.

I had a very good experience hiring artic cooling team, our AC was out last week, I was looking for good technician, thumbtack referred me artic cooling and I am super happy for hiring them for the job, they were very responsive, came out the next day and fixed the issue. I have an associate degree in HVAC. In addition, I am NATE certified which stands for North American Technician Excellence. Only 20% of technicians in U.S have this certification. Also, I have over 10 years of experience working with trouble shooting and designing systems.

I went to community college and interned at the top 3 commercial companies in San Diego
