Best choice we could have made, Chad was amazing from start to finish. My husband and I needed a new drive way and had several bids, they all were within the same range, but after meeting with Chad the deal was sealed ( no pun intended ) he was honest and up front about everything no hidden costs, with American Asphalt and Concrete you know what you are getting. Every project is unique. Variables such as soil composition, vegetation, elevations, grade, material prices, etc. may influence the pricing of two seemingly similar projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process begins with an onsite visit. Estimators need to take into account the intricacies of each individual project. Once onsite measurements are taken and customer requests are noted, the estimator drafts an estimate based upon customer job requirements and material costs. Depending upon the project, an estimate is typically presented to the customer within 24 hours.
