First Rate did a perfect job for a great price, and we will be calling them again for more jobs we have coming up. One of our taps leaked a week or so after installation, and they were there immediately to fix the problem.

Joel and Arthur are lifesavers! Joel's reply to my posting was straightforward and didn't require a lot of back and forth to get a quote. In a matter of hours, he and Arthur were at our place doing their magic and we had hot water that evening. My family couldn't be more grateful. Joel did an amazing job in contacting me quickly and kept me up to date on the status of his technician. Provided same day service for my toilet installation without charging extra! Prices were very reasonable!
Arthur provided excellent services. Very professional and helped me upgrade a piece of equipment. Hauled away the old toilet and installed the new one within an hour.
