Joel did an amazing job in contacting me quickly and kept me up to date on the status of his technician. Provided same day service for my toilet installation without charging extra! Prices were very reasonable!
Arthur provided excellent services. Very professional and helped me upgrade a piece of equipment. Hauled away the old toilet and installed the new one within an hour.

First Rate did a perfect job for a great price, and we will be calling them again for more jobs we have coming up. One of our taps leaked a week or so after installation, and they were there immediately to fix the problem.

I must say that this is the first contractor that I can say NOTHING but good things about. This was not rocket science but the personality of the young man who came and whose name I forget (my apology) was beyond inspiring in todays strange world. He was thorough, efficient, friendly and clean in his duties. I will be remodeling both bathrooms soon and will definitely use First Rate. I would give 10 stars if there was that option.
