Had Victor Lee Plumbing work on several project throughout my 30 year old home. He replaced kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and three different toilets. He was very professional, efficient and on time on completing my various projects. I recommended him to several friends and they were very satisfied with his work too. One friend had received quote from several other plumbers and General Contractor who could not solve her gas line issue, however, Victor Lee Plumbing saved her day.

The water heater finally started leaking in the garage after 13 years. I frantically searched online for a licensed plumber with good reviews and a reasonable price quote. I soon learned why Victor Lee has 5 star ratings. I shopped for my own replacement water heater from The Home Depot instead of using one from his supplier (personal choice). Victor offered to pick it up in his work van for $50 and bring it over for installation. He was out here the next morning in the time frame he mentioned the day before and wasted no time getting started on removing the old unit and putting the new one in. Just 2 hours later he was done. Victor was true to his reasonable labor quote. A $100 even charge for parts seemed a bit on the high side but I suppose that's what happens when you're paying for plumber-supplied parts vs what you would pay for parts from the hardware store. However, the total price with the parts, labor, and the water heater I bought separately was in the lower end of the average price range for 40 gallon installs in this area which is good. After one week of use, no problems to report. The water heater is working great. Would I recommend Victor Lee Plumbing and hire him again? Yes.

Victor was on-time, friendly, clean, and professional. He returned texts and phone calls promptly. He was able to install a new kitchen faucet, and replace a garbage disposal in less than an hour. His prices were competitive, and he performed the services at the agreed upon price. His thorough knowledge of plumbing was evident. He was a good communicator. He answered all my questions. When he was finished, he cleaned up the work area completely, and threw away or hauled away all trash, used components. Without hesitation, I would hire Victor Lee Plumbing for any repairs or new installs I might have in the future. I'm keeping his business card in my "plumbers" file so I know who to go to in the future for fast, professional, economically-priced plumbing services! Thanks, Victor.

I studied business at SDSU. I have completed courses given by PHCC ( plumbing, heating, cooling contractors). Have certifications for working on poly gas systems. I have a California state plumbing contractors license C36
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started 30 years ago as an apprentice digging ditches and being a gopher. After 6 mos; I was installing water heaters on my own for Home Depot through my employer at the time. After four years became a journeyman plumber. In 2007 got my contractors license and 2013 started my own plumbing company..
