I'm simply amazed! Why can't all service professionals be this, well, professional! On the day that George came out, not only did he show up on time, but they actually CALLED me 30 minutes beforehand to let me know when he'd be here! This wasn't a big job. Basically, the three plugs at the end of my kitchen circuit had stopped working. The first of these plugs was a GFCI, so I assumed it had just gone bad, which has happened before. So I changed it out for a new one. Well, that didn't fix it, so I knew it was time for a professional. It turned out to be something simple. The wire from the first plug in the circuit that runs to the plug that wasn't working had just fallen out of the electrical nut. George diagnosed the problem quickly. He also rewired the GFCI I'd replaced, because, somewhere between taking the old one off and putting the new one on, I'd reversed the load and line! (Sheepish grin! :-D ) In addition, he replaced the first plug in the circuit with a new GFCI I'd bought. (The new ones have built in night lights.) He did the job quickly, efficiently, and neatly. He explained exactly what the problem was, and then came the biggest shocker of all... The price. I say shock because he charged me less than HALF of what I'd expected! Like many others here, I'm always willing to pay more to know that a job is done right the first time. With Premo Electric, however, I paid LESS to get the job done right the first time! George is a nice, polite guy, who is a complete professional. He took the time to make sure that I understood exactly what he'd done, as well as making sure that I knew that his work was completely guaranteed. It's great to know that, the next time I need an electrician, I don't need to look any further than my address book entry for Premo Electric!

I called Premo Electric and Spoke with the owner and was surprised that he also works in the field still. He came out, explained that he is a teacher for one of the California Electrical apprenticeship programs here in San Diego, which made me feel very confident that they would get the job done and do it right. They came out and gave me a 100% free quote before work began. They also explained that they had a coupon code for all customers who log onto yelp, where you only pay $65 for the $95 worth of labor. I found this amazing since they already beat all the competitions price. They worked fast, had shoe coverings and gloves on the whole time, friendly and walked me through the process making me feel very comfortable and confident.

George is remarkable he is smart and very good at what he does. I had him install a chandelier in my living room he walked me through every step for the height I wanted. It looks perfect and I highly recommend using them..

I requested a bid from on here for the first time. I must admit I was a little nervous who would show up. Premo Electric turned out to be a great experience. They do a great job at more than fair prices. They also explained they have a Groupon discount, so I'll be sure to use them again! Matt

Yes a Certified Electrician must complete 32 hours of continuing education every 3 years. But me as a teacher I have 40 hours of continuing education every month.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Always wondered how a light bulb turned on. Went through eight years of school to find out how electricity works.
