- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand people come to this site looking for a great deal, I only offer great experiences and precious captured memories. Your investment is discussed per the type of event you desire to have quality experience doing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to capture the images around your story and brand. I look for the opportunity of experience and fun. I want to know about your event, the type of memory or experience you wish to capture, what the images will be used for, where you will be displaying them and how you wish to be portrayed in them. The discussion will determine location, types of images captured, number of photos to be presented, type and amount of processing to be done and the delivery of the images. For example if you want a headshot, I need to know who you are, what are you trying to portray, are you selling yourself, creating a new brand? If they are for print, what medium will you want them on paper (gloss or matte), metal, or other? Where will they be displayed, Social Media, Print, Bill Board, Magazine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in 1987 with black and white film. When I moved to digital capturing the image was very similar from the technical aspect. However the processing was vastly different. I attend workshops, events, I have done training, I spend a lot of time with technical and creative trainings. My work has been published online, social media in print and online publications.
