We hired Dale for a full bathroomremodel of a very outdated space, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Dale and his worker Jay did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were always on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and showed up every single day ready to work.
The pricing was fair and honest, with no hidden charges. Their work ethic is impressive, often working beyond their regular day and paid close attention to every detail. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations.
If you’re looking for a contractor with fair pricing, who is reliable, hardworking and truly cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend Dale and his team. We are extremely happy with our remodel. See before and after photos to see our transformation.

Our first job with Dale was a complete pleasure, finished in a partial day. His experience, professionalism, calming nature and "Can-Do Attitude"was exactly what we've been looking for in a contractor for both small & larger projects for years, even decades! He aims to serve (& noteworthy, he listens, doesn't steamroll). Not only does he know everything required for any job from plumbing to electrical, to building anything from a deck, patio cover, kitchen or room addition, he also presents a very good value to his clients. I'd call it cost-efficiency in a phrase. When I can avoid a large company and all the mouths to feed from sales to office staff to workers & work directly with a general contractor who bids his own jobs, gets the job done himself, the right way, gets his hands dirty, finishes quickly who is punctual, & also has an exceptional reputation, I don't need to hire anyone else, for anything! After a small re-piping job under the house that went smoothly as silk, we now intend to lock Dale up for numerous projects. My only advice to you is get something scheduled on his calendar while you can! The construction projects we are hiring Dale for next will be staggered over the coming months, so he'll be able to schedule your jobs between them too. (Ours can wait. Deck & patio cover is next... then kitchen, etc at a later date. My search is over- Yours is too! Contractor for life!

We feel incredibly lucky to have worked with Dale on what became not just a staircase, but the true centerpiece of our home. What he built for us is nothing short of breathtaking—a custom Douglas fir spiral staircase. It’s the first thing people notice when they walk in, and honestly, we don’t blame them—we still stop and stare ourselves.
What makes Dale truly exceptional isn't just his impressive skill, it's his character. He showed up consistently, working diligently, and brought a steady & honest energy to the project day after day. He stayed completely true to his word from beginning to end, even as the scope turned out to be far more demanding than anyone initially expected.
Simply put, he is salt of the earth.
If you’re lucky enough to get on his schedule, do it. Your future self—and your home—will thank you.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience working with this outstanding contractor. From the very beginning, he demonstrated what true professionalism looks like. He showed up on time—every time—which is a rarity in this industry. His competence was evident in every phase of the project, from planning through execution.
What truly sets him apart, though, is his attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship. Nothing was rushed or done halfway—every cut, every finish, every fixture was handled with care and precision. He treats each job as if it were in his own home.
But above all, what impressed me most was his integrity and character. He was honest, respectful, and transparent throughout the entire process. No hidden fees, no cutting corners—just straightforward, honorable work. It’s rare to find someone who not only excels at their craft but also brings a level of trustworthiness that gives you complete peace of mind.
If you're looking for a contractor who takes pride in their work and stands by their word, look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend Dale without reservation.
