Our first job with Dale was a complete pleasure, finished in a partial day. His experience, professionalism, calming nature and "Can-Do Attitude"was exactly what we've been looking for in a contractor for both small & larger projects for years, even decades! He aims to serve (& noteworthy, he listens, doesn't steamroll). Not only does he know everything required for any job from plumbing to electrical, to building anything from a deck, patio cover, kitchen or room addition, he also presents a very good value to his clients. I'd call it cost-efficiency in a phrase. When I can avoid a large company and all the mouths to feed from sales to office staff to workers & work directly with a general contractor who bids his own jobs, gets the job done himself, the right way, gets his hands dirty, finishes quickly who is punctual, & also has an exceptional reputation, I don't need to hire anyone else, for anything! After a small re-piping job under the house that went smoothly as silk, we now intend to lock Dale up for numerous projects. My only advice to you is get something scheduled on his calendar while you can! The construction projects we are hiring Dale for next will be staggered over the coming months, so he'll be able to schedule your jobs between them too. (Ours can wait. Deck & patio cover is next... then kitchen, etc at a later date. My search is over- Yours is too! Contractor for life!

What he built for us is nothing short of breathtaking—a custom Douglas fir spiral staircase. It’s the first thing people notice when they walk in, and honestly, we don’t blame them—we still stop and stare ourselves. My pricing is competitive but the craftsmanship and quality is unmatched.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I find out what the customer wants, then I give my customer a free consultation/ Estimate. When they accept the estimate, I write up a payment schedule, Send them acopy to review and sign with a start date and a completion date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
40 years experience 36 years as a licensed general contractor.
