Don Bill was my handyman in Hawaii for an under equipped house both electircally & plumbing wise that had been hit by a tidal wave so had systems that were constantly breaking down. Associate degree in Electrical Technology. Graduated with honors with a Masters in Industrial Arts minor in Philosophy from Cal Poly SLO. Shop teacher at Miami Dade Community College many years.
