We had an emergency flood at our home and were completely overwhelmed. To make matters worse, our insurance company initially denied our claim. My wife and I are not experts in restoration or insurance, so we felt lost and didn’t know what to do next.
Thankfully, we were referred to Core. From day one, their team took the time to review all of our documents, explain the process, and advocate for us. The insurance company had claimed that a stain was mold and used that as part of their reasoning, but Core was able to provide the proper documentation and evidence to prove otherwise.
Because of their knowledge, attention to detail, and persistence, our insurance company reopened the claim and ultimately provided coverage nearly two months later. We are still recovering from the flood, but insurance is now issuing supplemental payments thanks to the thorough work and documentation provided by Core.

Core cleaning solutions was prompt I hired them for a mold inspection and they were able to come out provide a free assessment and provide a solution for the mold that was cause my a previous leak. Would definitely recommend this company saved me hundreds of dollars.
