Stefany was amazing! She gave me a call within minutes of submitting an inquiry. She was no pressure and upfront about the cost, and accommodating about scheduling. Our house is almost entirely carpeted, and admittedly was VERY much in need of a deep clean. Everything was immaculate, and exceeded our expectations. I give fair and competitive prices to all my clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an overview of their home and I let them know what area of their home I will start with. When I am done cleaning I ask them to please review my work and let me know if I missed anything. I like to communicate well with my clients to make sure they are satisfied with the results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years experience in house cleaning and commercial cleaning, through my experience I have knowledge on the expectations our clients need and I’m here to deliver excellent service.
