Hello, my name is Jose. I moved from Colorado to Spring Valley, CA in the summer of 2019, looking for a change of life and opportunities for me and my family. I been a homeowner since 2012 and have owned 3 properties in the course of this time. I know what it is to have pride in ownership and I'm here to help you. I maintained all three of our properties from changing ceiling fans, remodeling an entire kitchen, installed laminate flooring, repaint walls, ceilings, trims, doors, pressure wash an entire house, you name it, I may have done it. Jose is very respectful, professional and his work attitude to get things done correctly gave me a piece of mind. He installed our kitchen cabinets, installed ceiling lights, removed popcorn ceiling, installed backsplash, fixed a few patches on the ceiling and re-painted the walls in our rental property.
