Hello, my name is Jose. I moved from Colorado to Spring Valley, CA in the summer of 2019, looking for a change of life and opportunities for me and my family. I been a homeowner since 2012 and have owned 3 properties in the course of this time. I know what it is to have pride in ownership and I'm here to help you. I maintained all three of our properties from changing ceiling fans, remodeling an entire kitchen, installed laminate flooring, repaint walls, ceilings, trims, doors, pressure wash an entire house, you name it, I may have done it. Jose did a great job fixing up several items around my house. He came to the house, checked out what needed to be done and picked up the parts at Home Depot. He was efficient and the work was completed as requested.

I hired Jose to install a dishwasher and replace a sink. He had to take cabinets out and also run plumbing to the new dishwasher. Jose was great at meeting with me ahead of time and explaining everything he was going to do plus give me an estimate. He was efficient and did everything correctly. I would definitely hire him again.

My microwave oven died. I submitted three online service requests to replace my old one with a new one. Jose responded within the hour. Provided me an estimate and scheduled it for this afternoon. Several others couldn't come out for several days. Imagine being without a microwave for days???!!!!
The new one fit but new holes and brackets needed to be installed. Jose had all the right tools to take care of it. Job was completed in about an hour.
I would call upon Jose again for future projects.
