From the moment I posted my iron gate repair inquiry to job completion, Juan was super responsive and very professional. During the estimation phase, he actively communicated with me asking more for more pictures of the gate from different angles so he could give me an accurate estimate of the work and price. But when it turned out that the pictures were insufficient, he offered to visit the site without a charge. He was right on-time and once on-site he was able to make an accurate assessment, gave me the honest options to repair it and what it would cost. He finished within the time he said he would take. He actively checked in with me when the initial approach didnt work out and we agreed on a different approach. He executed it perfectly and now my gate is doing its job flawlessly! Thanks Juan for a great job done on-time!

Juan does great quality work and I really appreciate his help. My insurance company required me to add extra pickets to the handrails on my stairs and he was able to get the job done very efficiently.
