- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer multiple training packages to suit a clients needs and levels of accountability. To truly see great results, expect about three months of dedicated work. As such I offer, three different tiered options that offer a base value + additional services to match the pricing. I also offer one-on-one personal training in your home or remote via Zoom, Duo, Hangout depending on your comfort level with coronavirus.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off each potential client with a FREE consultation to discuss your goals, your health history, current state, and a plan of execution to meet your goals. We'll also use that time to go over my experience and style of training and answer questions you have for me. If it's a match, we can discuss when and what time to start!
