- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Overnight boarding, we charge $55 for one dog per day, cash and $80 for two dogs. For day care, one dog is $40 per day and $55 for two dogs. We also will give your dog a bath for $40 but please note that we are not professional groomers. Need your dog to be picked up, no problem, we charge a minimal fee. Also, please note that we are fully insured and licensed for dog boarding and day care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I only take dogs at my house as I have a gated secured environment. I will be happy to pick up your dog or take your dog to the vet. I only take dogs that are tolerant of other dogs and good natured. They must be spayed or neutered, clean, rid of fleas and have documentation of all shots. For new customers, I will need written permission and payment information to visit your vet, if needed. I will need a written documentation of your vet's name, address, and phone number, your contact information, phone number, e-mail, all medical needs, their dietary needs and proof of all vaccinations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 58 years of owning dogs and caring for them. I have two dogs, they are Hudson a young rescue that loves to play and entertain all the dogs and Henri, a Pug, Cocker mix, they are both loving, friendly with all dogs. I have a valid CPR certificate. I also have 5 years of 24/7 observing what works and what doesn't work with the dogs. Please remember that every decision I make is with the happiness and well being of your dog in mind.
