Jeremy is an outstanding coach in many ways. Before each session I have with him, I know I’m in for a good workout, that I will learn something and my technique will get better than day, and that he will push me to be the absolute best I can be and not let me slack off. Jeremy is incredibly knowledgeable and patient as he gives instructions and goes through the moves. I am currently taking private training sessions from Jeremy and I am learning so much.
