- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs that we do are handled through the insurance claims process, and our billing goes directly to the insurance adjuster. However, we are also able to work directly with our clients who are paying out of pocket. Payment plans available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is informing the customer choices. There’s a couple ways things can be done whenever there is a water leak within the property.
