We had a big flood under our house crawl space due to recent storms. I found SOS and contacted right away. They responded so quick and came to our home right away. The owner Francisco and his team acted fast and solve our problem! His team are very helpful and kind. I have to mention that when they checked the moisture inside our home, they wear Shoe Covers! Thank you for respecting our home. This is very unusual to see here 🙈 i didn’t need to mop my whole house again! The price charge is very reasonable too and they even left a air blower ( not sure what machine is called exactly) to use for couple of days for the crawl space. (Photo is before)

They came out and did a water damage inspection. They didn’t find any mold but helped figure out where the water damage has spread and provided great advice for how to move forward. If we need any restoration we will definitely be contacting them to come back. Great customer service, highly recommend!

I frantically called SOS this morning because we noticed our access panel to our crawl space fell off in the rain and knew that water must have gotten into our attic. Francisco, the GM, inspected the interior of my home and entered the crawl space to check for water damage. He noticed that some areas were wet but not to the extent of requiring remediation. He also took detailed videos that he sent to me with tips and advice of how to secure and protect our space. He was friendly, kind and professional. Because we didn’t require additional services beyond the inspection, he did not charge us for the trip - I tried to give him cash and told him to get lunch on me, but he refused and said the best way to repay him is to keep his number if we ever have actual water damage in our home. I absolutely will keep his contact info and use him for any future needs as well as pass along his info ti friends and family. Thank you for my peace of mind!

Most jobs that we do are handled through the insurance claims process, and our billing goes directly to the insurance adjuster. However, we are also able to work directly with our clients who are paying out of pocket. Payment plans available.

Typical process is informing the customer choices. There’s a couple ways things can be done whenever there is a water leak within the property.
