- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? It seems everyone wants a simple response to "I want a new website." This is more complicated than you might think. What is your business? Do you want to be able to make changes yourself? How many pages do you need? Do you want to sell something on your site? I can't answer with a quote if I don't have those answers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We create both html and Wordpress content rich websites and follow up with Search Engine Optimization. Our strength is in developing a strategy that will differentiate them from the competition, and let that strategy determine the correct tactics. Then we deploy those tactics. We manage our clients online and offline marketing efforts, including social media, email, trade shows, lead generation, ebooks, Google Adwords, and much more. If its marketing, we do it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Find a company that is small and likes working with small businesses, rather than a big provider who is looking for a large project. Be sure to work with someone who is excited about working with you and with whom you have a rapport. If you are in need of a website, we recommend developing a Wordpress site so you can easily revise it, however know the pros and cons of Wordpress (mostly to do with security).
