Our pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope and complexity of each project. We provide clear estimates upfront with no hidden fees, and we work closely with customers to find practical solutions that fit their budget without compromising quality. Discounts may be available for larger projects, repeat customers, or multiple services bundled together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer’s goals, concerns, and project details to fully understand their needs. From there, we evaluate the scope of work, provide professional recommendations, and prepare a clear estimate or consultation plan. Throughout the project, we maintain open communication, focus on quality workmanship, and make sure every detail is completed correctly and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, with specialized knowledge in windows and doors installation, product specification, and field troubleshooting. My training comes from decades of working directly on jobsites, solving real-world construction challenges, and staying up to date with industry standards, installation methods, and best practices.
