Introduction: I have been training individuals of all ages and health conditions for 27 years. I'm not only a certified personal trainer but I also have a BS degree in health science/education, and I'm currently CPR/first aid/AED certified. I'm a people person. I'm very patient and organized and am a perfectionist. So, I will provide a workout program for each individual with 100% commitment, as if it were my own program! I'll push you to 'your limit' without overdoing it! I enjoy assisting others to reach their health/fitness/nutrition goals!

Megan is AMAZING! She is very thorough and she knows exactly how to push me and at a pace that works for me. At my age, that is so important. She targets my strengths (which I didn't even know I had) and has helped me in the areas that I have trouble in, with patience and finesse. She takes the time to educate me and shows me how to get the most out my workouts without killing me but don't get me wrong, she kicks my $#@ She is super friendly and all around a pleasant woman.

I love working out with Megan. I found her on LinkedIn and started working out with her in my home July, 2015. I told Megan I wanted a total body workout, but that I hated my arms. Megan put a training program together and focused on my arms and all of the other parts of my body. If you want to be healthy, stay in shape and get personalized attention go with Megan. Megan is an excellent trainer - I've been working with her since I was 15. One thing I particularly enjoy is how she mixes up the workouts with a different exercise each time, so that my body never gets used to anything.

After I had my second baby, Megan was there inspiring me each day to make it to spin class, to do special sit ups and she really motivated me to loose that baby fat quickly! She even got me to run and I hate running!!

Megan is a very knowledgeable trainer and she loves to change up our routine consistently to avoid boredom. She is very consistent in calling me and keeping me true to my exercise routines and eating habits. She keeps me accountable and I love that she leads by example and has her own routine and healthy diet as well. I highly recommend Megan as a trainer.
