- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ClearView A/V provides project-based pricing tailored to the specific installation, site conditions, equipment requirements, and level of finish requested. Each estimate is prepared with consideration for the time, materials, planning, tools, and technical experience required to complete the work properly. Pricing may vary depending on factors such as equipment size and complexity, wall construction, wiring requirements, accessibility, mounting conditions, system configuration, and any specialty materials or additional labor needed. My goal is to provide clear, accurate pricing before the project begins and to ensure the finished installation is clean, secure, functional, and professionally completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your project, goals, and budget. Many services can be quoted from photos and project details. For larger or more complex projects, we may recommend a paid on-site assessment so we can properly evaluate the space, identify potential challenges, and provide an accurate written proposal. Once the scope and pricing are approved, we schedule the work and keep you informed through completion.
