- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Discounts if we’re installing more than 1 tv at a location , Custom work or parts outside of general scope of work will be quoted at time of install 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We talk about the project through text or phone call, and even video call , and if necessary, we’ll do an in home assessment , then do a free quote ! 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Leviton certified Home Theater certified 24 years in the industry -15 years with Directv as an installation and service technician
