This was a last minute request and they did not disappoint. This charming team will work in your home as if it’s theirs. They are very detail-oriented including wiping down the railings of the staircase. They worked hard and were true to their estimate. We were extremely happy with the results. We plan to use them more consistently.

if I could give them 0000 stars I would. I needed a deep cleaning and this is what I get. they quickly went over some surfaces. didn't dust didn't clean under anything! I work full time and have health issues so I usually only clean superficially. I tried to still be nice and pay some and then my husband shows me all the things that didn't get touched. I'm furious. I have reported her to thumbtack. I want a full refund

Berocleaning's reply

We take our quality seriously. Our original agreed price was $375, but we accommodated you and lowered it to $275. We explicitly offered to return immediately that same day to fix any details, which you completely refused. Instead, you asked us to rip up the $275 check and only sent $120 via Zelle. That $120 barely covered our gas and cleaning products, meaning our manual labor was not paid at all. We did our best to compromise, but we cannot work for free while being denied the chance to finish the job
