- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the package, number of characters, and duration of the event. We offer different options to fit various budgets and party sizes. Travel fees may apply depending on the location. A deposit is required to secure the booking, and the remaining balance is paid on the day of the event. We also offer package deals for larger events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the event details: date, location, number of children, and theme. Then we recommend the best characters and program based on the age group and party size. After confirmation and deposit, we prepare the script, activities, and schedule. On the day of the event, our team arrives early, sets up, and runs a fully interactive program from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have professional training in acting and stage performance, along with experience in children’s entertainment, event hosting, and interactive performance. Our entertainers are trained in working with kids, improvisation, character performance, and crowd engagement.
