Our HOA hired Teycon Builders to work on 8 balconies to comply with SB326. I found them cost effective, punctual and did not miss a beat. They responded to all requests on a daily basis and would reach out to me as the HOA's representative when there were questions or issues. The HOA also asked them to fix a number of issues that were not in the bid and they included them in the cost.
