- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10% off on your first remodeling service! We try to keep pricing fair and transparent. Every project is different, so we provide estimates based on size, materials, and scope of work. We don’t have hidden fees—everything is discussed upfront. Occasionally, we offer seasonal promotions or package deals for multi-room projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, it starts with a quick phone call or message where we ask a few questions and set up a visit. From there, we come out to the home, talk through the vision, take measurements, and provide a detailed estimate. If everything looks good, we sign an agreement, set the timeline, and get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve been in the construction and remodeling industry for years, learning on real job sites and through hands-on experience. Shai, our lead, has trained under experienced contractors and continues to stay up to date with current codes and materials. We’re licensed, bonded, and insured.
