I am committed to providing a safe & nurturing space for profound healing, with a specialized focus on trauma recovery—particularly PTSD. Having healed myself through the guidance of my own intuition, I have experienced firsthand the transformative power of inner wisdom. This deep understanding fuels my passion for helping others access their own intuitive abilities to facilitate lasting healing.
・Reiki for Children 🤍:
One of my goals was to bring Reiki energy into the school system, and I am proud to say I’ve achieved that. I have experience working within the Oxnard School District, where I integrated mindfulness, meditation, and energy therapies such as Tapping to support young minds in their emotional and developmental growth, helping them navigate challenges with resilience.
・My Approach:
While I honor the traditional practices of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, my approach is unique in that I allow intuition to guide each session. This personalized approach may incorporate not only Reiki but also complementary techniques such as guided meditation, visualization, affirmation work, oracle card readings, and intuitive insights—each session tailored to meet the specific needs of the individual.

In addition to my Reiki practice, I offer intuitive coaching for subconscious reprogramming and tarot readings focused on trauma recovery. As a certified personal trainer, I also support the physical aspects of healing. My diverse skill set and holistic approach ensure clients receive a comprehensive, transformative healing experience.

I am certified through the Claudia B. School of Energy Healing and hold a BA in Psychology from the Chapman University system. This combination of formal education and practical training ensures a well-rounded, professional approach to healing.
