Our services typically range from $350 to $500 per session, depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Each session includes a personalized approach combining Nervous System Reset, Somatic Healing, Advanced Body Alignment, and our proprietary DiEl Method™ to support lasting improvements in posture, mobility, and overall well-being. Pricing is discussed transparently before your appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a comprehensive assessment to identify the root cause of your concerns and establish an initial evaluation. We also review your medical history and any contraindications to ensure your care is safe and appropriate. Based on our findings, we create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a medical degree in Neurology from Russia and have dedicated my career to the study of posture, spinal alignment, and nervous system function. I also developed the proprietary DiEl Method™—a gentle, hands-on approach designed to improve posture and spinal alignment without pain. My work combines clinical knowledge with years of practical experience to create personalized, effective treatment plans for each client.
