- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum charge for an on-site visit and diagnostics is $150, which covers the first hour of service or a professional consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send you a welcome message, remind you of the minimum service call fee, and ask for your address. I never call first — I respect both your time and mine. If someone calls you immediately after you submit a request, that is definitely not me. If your request is urgent, please reply to my message first, then call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master’s degree from Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics — Computer Systems and Networks. Over 15 years of experience in the electronic security industry, progressing from installer to lead engineer in a local Ukrainian security firm, followed by two years at one of London’s largest security companies. Holder of multiple international certifications, including Hikvision, Brivo, Paxton, and other leading security brands. Business owner since 2019, providing advanced electronic security solutions, system design, and implementation. Expertise in leading installation teams and delivering tailored security solutions for residential, commercial and enterprise clients.
