- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here's how we typically approach it: Initial Consultation We start with a quick conversation to understand the client’s location, guest flow, event size, or business needs — whether it’s for a one-time event or ongoing valet service. On-Site Visit (If Needed) For larger events or new venues, we often do a walkthrough to assess parking logistics, entry/exit points, and traffic flow. Customized Proposal Based on the needs, we put together a clear, competitive proposal outlining service hours, number of attendants, arrival/setup time, and any special touches (like branded signage or software use). Confirmation + Coordination Once approved, we confirm everything in writing and coordinate directly with venue contacts or event planners to ensure every detail is covered. Execution with Excellence Our uniformed team arrives early, sets up professionally, and we supervise every job closely to ensure guest satisfaction. If we’re using our valet software, clients get access to real-time monitoring. Post-Service Follow-Up After the job, we follow up to gather feedback and make sure expectations were exceeded.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a business degree from Europe, which gave me a strong foundation in operations, customer service, and team management. But what’s shaped my success the most is nearly 15 years of hands-on experience in the valet and hospitality industry. Over the years, I’ve built Elite Car Valet by working directly with clients, managing complex events, training staff, and staying focused on what matters most: delivering a seamless, elevated guest experience. It’s this blend of education and real-world experience that allows me to lead with both strategy and heart.
