Megan and team catered my Wife's surprise birthday party. I have over 15 years in the restaurant/hospitality industry and I can summarize my experience like this: Pre party planning and communication-PRO Day of execution timing, presentation & quality of product-PRO Shutdown and clean up after the party-PRO, could not tell IAB had been in my kitchen.
