To say Tony did an outstanding job would be an understatement. He replaced my entire duct system with quality products and kept me informed every step of the way. Tony is a class act guy with outstanding business principles, gave me a fair price and worked in an extremely timely manner. Would highly recommend him and definitely looking forward to working with him in the future.

We now have a super efficient, updated central heating system! The team was great, and even got creative when our 1905 house threw a few curve balls at them. Also trustworthy - left them unsupervised in our home for the duration of the project.

This is a shopping review (we're still deciding what to do in general). These guys go through a fair amount of trouble to come out and give bids, so I feel shopping reviews are only fair. Tony was very responsive in his first note here on Thumbtack. He gave an actual price range estimate, instead of the bs $1 or "contact us" I got from others. (I had provided fairly specific information when I first posted, so being fairly specific in response was appropriate.) When he came out to look at the project, he was very clear about what he'd probably do and the options. He was also flexible: instead of pushing one certain brand, he said he could install almost any brand we preferred. Tony was honest about his own brand preference (which has to do with service once installed), which not only impressed me but educated me. I also like how he presented his opinions in contrast with other bids we got. Also unlike the other guys, he never slammed the competitors, simply said there are professional differences. That is pure professionalism, in my book. He also said he'd work with preferences we may have, as long as we weren't headed wrong. That, too, is important because my husband is an ex-contractor and has his own opinions. All in all, Dooley's is top of our list. (Now if we can just get this remodeling going faster...sigh.)

Great communication and speedy work. Tony worked with us on ways to finance. We did have a little trouble scheduling our last check in, but overall I am very satisfied with the work Tony and his team did! Great job and thanks!

What can I say about Tony and Joe!! I have never had such a pleasant experience as I did for an issue like this - air conditioner repair. I live in Tracy, CA and the summer heat is upon us with my unit blowing out hot air. You cannot imagine my discomfort unless you experienced this as well. However, Tony has spent several days with the issue at my home, and never once did he tire of my many text messages, and calls. He was very professional and personable which is important as well. From the moment I opened my door, I sensed he cared about the people he was working for as well as his job. What a work ethic!! People are so busy these days forgetting to smile, laugh and make you feel at ease, but not Tony. Is it important that the people you trust to come into your home to fix something as important as your a/c when you live in the valley to be skilled? Yes, but it's equally important that they help you be comfortable with them upon that first introduction and that's what Tony did for me. He has a dynamic personality that just made what he did and how he did it that much more. I look for that great customer service just as much as I look for the person to be knowledgeable. He is being rated with 5 stars because there were not 10 stars to select. My issue has been resolved quickly, and without feeling I didn't get what I paid for. I completely appreciate his knowledge and expertise and relentless work ethic to complete a job thoroughly despite the set backs of an old unit and 90 degree temps outside, and to the complete satisfaction of his customer. Tony has become a part of my family and you'll feel the same way too. If you are deciding which direction to go for your air conditioning needs, let me assure you that Tony is the right first step. I appreciate the work done, but have also made a friend for life and that's rare. Awesome, 5 star work.. Highly recommend him. The only thing Tony could do better is duplicate himself..I had the best night sleep last night because of his diligence to get my unit repaired, which was a total saving and complete blessing. 5 stars to you Mr. Dooley!!!
