I also offer services and education in many forms such as telephone, email, in-person, hands-on, and I also offer services for those who just want an end result. Some people do not want to learn specifically how to make food, they would just like to have the food in hand.
Helping people to open their minds about food. I have a lot of energy and passion for what I do and will talk and share with whoever would like are open to knowing about what I do as well as those who are open to eating more plant-based food.

Transitioning from meat eater to vegetarian was smooth because of the effortless coaching from Tena. When purchasing my customized meal plan/grocery list, she put into consideration my individual tastes and equipment, which made detoxing enjoyable. The one thing I have to say that stands out when working with Tena is her customer service; she patiently answers questions and puts much thought and research into her responses. I am happy to have Tena has a resource and she will aid in my new journey to becoming a vegan. Thank you!

I must admit that I was a bit skeptical about raw foods, BUT Chef Tena *truly* changed my mind (and body). She has an innate talent, not only with recipe creation, and food preparation, but also with making food *beautiful.*
I didn't have any real favorites, since they were ALL over-the-top delicious!
Her foods make by body SING and feel ALIVE!
