Had a great experience working with this company. We needed some appliance moving to be done in our new home in CA. They were punctual, exhibited great professionalism and stayed calm and unflappable when the actual work turned out to be a little more complicated than what we had originally bargained for. They were willing to go the extra mile and to do what was needed to complete the work order all while maintaining a polite, courteous and respectful attitude. They exhibited a high degree of professionalism and ensured that great care was taken when moving the appliance so as not to scuff the floors or cause any damage to any other surfaces that came in contact with the appliance. Since the appliance did not fit the door, they had to remove the handles, the front door and replace everything back after completing the work which was above and beyond what we had anticipated the work to involve. Their rates were fair and reasonable and constituted a good value for the quality of work done. We appreciate the timely help and their quick turnaround. We look forward to using their services in the future.

I use onpointe frequently weither it’s for disposing of small loads of large loads. Most recently I contacted onpointe moving and shipping to haul away 2 large wooden mechanical shelves, a mattress and boxspring, , 2 tvs, a stove, and 6 bags of yard waste from my garage. David arrived on time as promised and even broke down the shelves for me with no problem and no additional charge he even moved the deep freezers in the space where the shelves were and additional items were stored. Thank you again David from on pointe moving and shipping.
