- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive pricing. Price varies on location. Please contact me for price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer decides to hire us, we will ask for the documents to be sent via email as that is the fastest way to initiate service. We will also accept papers by mail. We currently aren't doing in-person appointments due to Covid-19. Once we receive the documents and payment (invoice will be emailed, which can be paid online), that is when service is initiated. We will keep the customer updated along the way about service attempts and we can be reached any time for questions. Upon a successful serve, we will send the customer a signed proof of service form.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a registered process server for over five years now. I know all the court rules in order to get your serve done the right way. I network with other process servers in order to get service done all throughout California.
