This company was very efficient and I felt like I didn’t have to wait at all for any step of the process. I literally sent the initial message that I wanted their services and in less than 15 minutes Nicole had already responded to my inquiry. She responded to all of my questions as quickly as if I would be texting with her. This company offered me a flat rate from the get go with no extra charges, and when I paid for the service, the initial price I was quoted was the the actual price I was charged and paid for. They were able to serve my documents when I thought the person was not going to open the door at all for anyone. Truly easy to serve through them! They seem like a very ethical company. I would use their services again for any purpose.

I would definitely reccomend Easy Serve Now! They were able to serve the paperwork I needed the same day with a short notice. They were very fast and professional and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Nicole was responding to me at 6am on a Saturday to make sure I got the service I needed. 5 stars from me!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received with Easy Serve Now! I have read so many review where I have questioned the individuals honesty about his or her experience. I am not here to waste anyone's time. Nicole and her team are legit. They were able to serve my husband with divorce papers in about a week when a previous process server couldn't get the job done in over a month. There is a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. If you are looking for someone to get the job done and quickly I highly recommend Easy Serve Now.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive pricing. Price varies on location. Please contact me for price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer decides to hire us, we will ask for the documents to be sent via email as that is the fastest way to initiate service. We will also accept papers by mail. We currently aren't doing in-person appointments due to Covid-19. Once we receive the documents and payment (invoice will be emailed, which can be paid online), that is when service is initiated. We will keep the customer updated along the way about service attempts and we can be reached any time for questions. Upon a successful serve, we will send the customer a signed proof of service form.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a registered process server for over five years now. I know all the court rules in order to get your serve done the right way. I network with other process servers in order to get service done all throughout California.
