Introduction: We have developed a low-cost, low-impact, energy-efficient, non-polluting and low-carbon manufacturing facility for fabricating an innovative structural insulated panel or SIP that is structurally superior, has higher quality, is higher performing and engineered and built with precision. Our homes attain the highest level of fire resistance and lowest level of sound transmission, which are super insulated (“R” 62 +/-) and non-toxic and they are water, mold and vermin proof. Structurally Superior Systems manufactures structurally superior insulated panels or SSIP single panel / multi-panel floor, wall and roof sections and a panelized, component and modular building system. We incorporate many renewable, recycled and sustainable materials in our manufacturing and construction process, utilizing “green” technologies and products. Homes and structures utilizing our structurally superior insulated panels or SSIP, building system and home/building site construction process will be built in less time than conventional construction methods, even in the most extreme and severe weather conditions, at a cost considerably lower than current new construction.
