Super nice and handy guy! Solved all problems our golf course have. Reasonable price. Definitely would recommend and rehire if needed.Nov 29, 2015Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I may seem expensive next to some other "professionals" but in most cases, you will get what you pay for. I have been on numerous calls where I am there to fix work done by another inexpensive "professional" who figures that they can give a lowball price and then jury rig the situation. For instance, I don't just twist the wires together and then apply electrical tape, I use commercial grade, weatherized connectors. Again, you will get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically, I will speak to the person to learn about what the problem is. Many times, I have told a customer, "try this", or "try that" and if it works, it's no charge. If a solution can not be made over the phone, I will make a service call. Usually, if I can't fix it, there is no charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been successfully self-employed in the networking/telecom industry for over 25 years. I have completed full floor commercial phone system installations all the way down to adding a single jack. I am self-trained, if I don't know it, I learn it.
