- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As Far As Hourly or Flat Rate..It's Hard To Spend A $1000.00 To Fix Something That's Only Worth A $100.00. It Depends On What The Value Of The Job Is Worth That Needs Repairing. I Try To Look At The Customers Point Of View As Well As My Own and What The Customer Has In His/Her Budget To Spend. Something ( Money )That Is Good For Both Parties So That Everyone Is Happy.

I Was Raised In This Industry. My Whole Family Including My Great Grandparents Has Been In The Service and Repair Business. It's All I Know and I Love It!
