Finding out what they want and what I can do to make their day more special.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing candy buffets since 2006... longest in Southern California!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I catered for a few years prior to this.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Candy buffet... treat your guest to a candy store. They will have fun picking out the candy they love.
Popcorn Bars... everyone loves popcorn and with over 25 flavors to choose from your guest will love it!
Chocolate Fountains... Chocolate covered strawberries are always a hit but how about strawberries, bananas, pound cake, cream puffs, rice krispy,cookies and many more options your guest can dip and choose the amount of chocolate they want.
Whatever you sweet tooth is calling for we have it!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Any candy buffet, popcorn bar or chocolate fountain should have an attendant at no extra cost to you. Look at the picture and work they have done. Bring your colors and expectation to the first meeting.
