We can't say enough nice things about Romik. He was friendly, professional, technically proficient, and not only repaired our new refrigerator (replaced a faulty thermostat and vent unit), but took the time to explain how the unit worked and why there had been issues with unwanted freezing. Romik was friendly and energetic but never condescending in his explanations. He also didn't try to sell us anything or try to convince us that the malfunction was in our imaginations, or " within the manufacturer's tolerances".(That one is my personal favorite!!!..of repair person excuses for a substandard appliance). If you need honest, prompt, and professional service for your new appliances...call “R Pro Appliance Repair.Inc” ...and ask for "Romik". You won't be disappointed. Good luck!
